Why Frentz & Frentz
Frentz and Frentz is 100% committed to helping our clients. Our practice is limited strictly to personal injury. We represent only families and individuals, have never worked for insurance companies, and never will. We feel this is important in our work because it allows us to focus strictly on our clients’ needs and provide them with the best representation.
Prior to hiring Frentz and Frentz, one client stated: “I didn’t agree with how the insurance company battled things out. I mean the way [the other driver’s insurance company] went about it… the way they fought everything.”
At Frentz & Frentz, extensive research and investigation is conducted on cases to fully evaluate the merits of a claim. Our strong commitment to each client, and our expertise and success negotiating with insurance companies and trying lawsuits to a jury, has led to thousands of satisfied clients recovering maximum awards.
All cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. This means there is NO FEE UNLESS THERE IS A RECOVERY on a case. The law firm is paid a percentage of the amount recovered. We work to maximize our clients’ settlement results through negotiation, mediation and trial. We will assist our clients with obtaining Minnesota no-fault benefits, and will pursue arbitration should their insurance company deny payment of any medical expenses or wage loss benefits.
Frentz & Frentz has earned the highest legal ability rating by Martindale-Hubbell — the “AV” rating, which indicates “preeminent legal ability, expertise, experience, integrity and overall professional excellence.” Nick Frentz was also selected to the 2014 Minnesota Super Lawyers list, and was invited to join ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates) in 2011. ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Membership is by invitation only. To be invited to join, a lawyer must be of high personal character and honorable reputation, a member of the Bar of the State or County in which he or she practices, and must meet other qualifications set by ABOTA.
Most accident victims, or families of accident victims, aren’t fully aware of all their rights or how to pursue those rights. We will answer all of your questions and we will help you through what can be a very complicated, frustrating and difficult situation. Frentz & Frentz will keep you informed throughout your case, and most importantly, we will get results.
